You create your own individual schedule by choosing your business meetings and thematic conferences. Your meetings will be held on changing tables. Every 30 minutes the bell will ring to advise you to go to your next meeting.

Optimise your visibility and increase your number of meetings by renting a booth at the ISD. Your meetings will be held at your individual booth. Participants who do not have pre-scheduled meetings with you can locate and meet you.

NETWORKING DINNER
Join the evening event and continue your networking.
ESA is organising a networking dinner in Grand Hotel "Huis ter Duin" (Noordwijk aan Zee) on 11 September. Join the stand-up buffet and continue your discussions with new partners and fellow members of the industry. Shuttle busses will run from the event venue at ESA/ESTEC to the hotel in Noordwijk aan Zee. Dinner tickets (incl. food & drink) can be booked during the event registration process or by contacting the organisers to receive a link to the payment portal for dinner tickets for already registered participants.
